Welcome to A Loaf Letter! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Made-to-Order Products:

All of our baked goods are made fresh to order in small batches. Because of the handcrafted nature of our process, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup. While we cannot guarantee a replacement, we will do our best to make things right and may offer a remake at our discretion.

Ordering & Payment:

All orders must be placed in advance and paid in full at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Pickup Only:

We currently offer pickup only, as outlined in our Pickup Policy. Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure your bread is at its freshest. Orders not picked up during the designated window may not be eligible for remake or refund. We are not responsible for damage or spoilage due to missed or late pickups.

Allergies & Food Safety:

Our baked goods are made in a home kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat. While we take food safety seriously, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please notify us of any allergies prior to placing your order.

Photos & Marketing:

We may photograph our baked goods for social media and marketing. By placing an order, you agree that images of your order may be used for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise. We will never share your personal information without your consent.

Communication:

We may contact you via email, phone, or text regarding your order. Your privacy matters — we will never share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Policy Updates:

We may update these terms from time to time. By placing an order, you agree to the most current version of our terms and conditions.
