Because all loaves are made to order and baked in small batches, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. While we can’t guarantee a remake, we’ll always do our best to make it right — because your trust means everything to us.
