Pickup Policy

We currently offer pickup only for all orders. Our loaves are baked in small batches and available exclusively for local pickup in the Miami (Kendall) area. We do not offer shipping or delivery at this time.

Our weekly pickup window is every:

Wednesday between 4 PM and 7 PM

unless otherwise specified on our Hotplate website.

Once your order is placed, Hotplate will automatically send you the pickup address. Please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure your loaf is at its freshest. Upon pickup arrival, please send us a DM @aloafletter, and I'll bring your order out to you.

If you're running late, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. If an order is not picked up during the designated window, it may not be eligible for remake or refund. We cannot be responsible for any orders that are damaged or spoiled due to missed or late pickups.

If your order is missed, we will hold it for up to 24 hours when possible. Please note that freshness may be affected.

We are located in Kendall, Florida, and the exact pickup address will be provided once your order is placed.
