No problem at all!

Pickups are on Wednesdays between 4-7 PM, and if you'd like to serve your loaf on the weekend, here's how to keep it fresh:

  1. The evening you pick it up, wrap the whole loaf tightly in cling wrap, then foil, and place it in a gallon-sized freezer bag. Freeze.
  2. The night before your event, take it out and let it thaw at room temp-still wrapped.
  3. About an hour before serving, unwrap it, lightly wet the crust under the faucet, shake off excess water, and warm it in a 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes on the rack.
  4. Let rest 20-30 minutes before slicing.

It will taste just like it was freshly baked!
